Auditions for Nashville's Nutcracker youth cast. *Students must turn eight by December 31 and those ages 13+ MUST be a Nashville Ballet or a community partner student. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: WHAT TO BRING: Printed 4" x 6" full-body photograph Important Dates: • Monday, September 14 - Audition results and preliminary schedule sent via email • Wednesday, September 16 - Mandatory Parent Meeting for first-time participants from 6:30-7:30 p.m. • Monday, September 21 - Acceptance deadline • Sunday, October 18 - Mandatory weekend rehearsals begin • Week of October 26 - Mandatory weeknight rehearsals begin for Clara and Fritz • Week of November 2 - Mandatory Weeknight Rehearsals Begin for All • Wednesday, November 4 - Performance assignments and schedule sent via email • Saturday, November 7 - Youth Cast t-shirt pick up • Friday, November 27 - Nashville's Nutcracker performances begin.
