Casting Kids for Integris Health Commercial

Featured child extras are needed for a commercial for Integris Health. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Pay for featured extras is $1,000 total ($500 session fee + $500 usage). No travel or hotel will be provided. Client shall have the option to extend usage for one additional year for an additional $500 fee. Additional info: Filming will be in Oklahoma City for one day, either August 26 or 27. Only one day will be required for the role, but the schedule is not finalized, so applicants submitting for a role must be available both days until the schedule is locked. Participants cannot appear in any other healthcare commercial while this commercial is running. Usage is for one year of exclusive usage within the healthcare system category. Client shall have the option to extend usage for one additional year for an additional $500 fee. Usage includes television, print, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, client websites, and related promotional materials within Oklahoma.
