Come be a part of the first annual River Festivus beauty pageant! Register at the door—great prize packages and winners advance to the Kentucky Festivals State in November! The pageant will start at 8 am, and doors will open at 7 am for registration. The following age divisions will wear Sunday best. (The directors are only taking boys this first year to age 23 months) Winners and runners-up will qualify for the Kentucky Festivals State pageant, to be held in Lexington, Ky., in November.
