Looking for an 8-10-year-old boy for Love Purses Promotional Video. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Capsule: This promotional video is being produced to help raise supportive funds for women of abuse and intimate crime. The Love Purses non-profit organization donates personal, everyday supplies to victims to help them get a fresh start. Love Purses has already helped over 20,000 recipients worldwide. Please be aware that the subject matter in this project focuses on an escape from domestic abuse with the help of a supportive team of family and friends. The beginning of the video portrays some domestic violence: a cereal bowl being thrown on the ground and verbal abuse from the husband. Actors able to portray strong emotions are needed. Rate: Each part pays $200 for 10 hrs. Paid at the end of the shoot day. Actors will be taken care of on set. Additional info: Video will be shot in the NW Indiana area at the beginning of August. Directors will try to work with the chosen actors’ availability. If interested, please include age, current cell number, and height. Photos and headshots need to be current. SON. Joey is ethnically ambiguous with brown hair, 8-10 years old. Should have an understanding of what he will be witnessing on set: some domestic abuse (nothing physical), but it will be a tense scene. He will be the hero by standing up to his dad to defend his mom. There is a hopeful ending as he embraces his mom as they drive off to get help.
