The film explores the transformation from simply running a practice to intentionally building a better business, a better team, and ultimately, a better life. Shot in a realistic, premium, documentary-inspired style with a focus on authentic emotion and relatable moments. Natural, expressive child. Should feel authentic rather than "performing." Appears primarily in family scenes that reinforce what the doctor is working to protect and improve. Someone comfortable on camera who can interact naturally with adult actors.
