Seeking Teens for "The Great Gatsby" Show

Looking for actors ages 12 and up for "The Great Gatsby" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic tale of love, wealth, and longing roars to life in the glittering Jazz Age. Some dreams are worth dying for. Others never existed at all. Additional info: A staged reading is live theatre stripped to its purest form - actors bring the play to life through voice, expression, and presence, scripts in hand, with no sets or costumes to distract. The story lives in the words, and the audience's imagination does the rest. Interested students should sign up for a 30-minute audition group. Students will have the opportunity to read from the script alongside other auditionees. Nothing to prepare, although a broad understanding of the story and characters will help you with your character choices. The audition monologues are attached.
