About the project: Set sail for adventure with How I Became a Pirate, the swashbuckling musical that’s perfect for young audiences and the young at heart! When Jeremy Jacob joins Captain Braid Beard and his quirky crew, he discovers that life on the high seas is full of songs, surprises, and silly pirate rules—like no vegetables and no bedtime! Based on the beloved children’s book, this high-energy show features catchy tunes, colorful characters, and plenty of laughs as Jeremy learns what it really means to be part of a crew. With heart, humor, and a treasure trove of fun, How I Became a Pirate is a delightful voyage for the whole family.
