Additional info: Please note: a production fee applies. Beauty may be off the rack, Sunday-best style, or a pageant dress. Scoring will be based on overall appearance, stage presence, personality, and beauty. Photogenic - Photos may be 5x7 or 8x10, black-and-white or color. No digital files will be accepted.
