About the project: "Secrets of a Hawaiian Mermaid" is a mythic romantic fantasy audio drama set in Hawai'i. After years away, Anela Fuller returns to Maui and begins to experience strange abilities, oceanic voices, and memories tied to a hidden legacy beneath the sea. As she reconnects with family, love, and the island she once fled, Anela discovers that she is connected to the ancient Syrenii — a mermaid-like oceanic people whose history is tied to Hawaiian legend, family secrets, and the protection of the sea.
