Seeking Boys and Girls for "Hadestown: Teen Edition"

Audition for "Hadestown: Teen Edition". All roles are for performers ages 13 - 18. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: $100 stipend to actors to defray the cost of participation in the production. Additional info: Email to schedule an audition slot. Please attach your headshot, resume, and list all conflicts with the schedule in your request. You will also need to indicate which role you feel you are best suited to play (Orpheus, Eurydice, Hades, Persephone, or Hermes) – directors will reply to your request with an audition cut of a song you will need to prepare. AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: Please arrive with a hardcopy headshot/resume, a one-minute monologue, and your prepared music side. The MD will be your accompanist. Singing acapella or with a CD is unacceptable for this audition. VIDEO SUBMISSION: If you are unable to attend the audition, you may submit a video for consideration. It must be submitted no later than Friday, June 12, 2026, at 11:59pm. The submission needs to include your headshot, resume, any conflicts you may have with the schedule, and a link or attachment to your video submission. You may sing any song of your choosing.
