"A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder" Seeks Youth Actors

About the project: SYNOPSIS: When the low‐born Monty Navarro is informed by a mysterious stranger that he’s ninth in line for an earldom in the lofty D’Ysquith family, he develops a devious plan to expedite his path to high society... at the great expense of eight of his relatives (all played by the one actor!). Armed with his charm, he attempts to avoid suspicion while caught between feelings for two beautiful women. Additional info: Please bring 32 bars of sheet music from an upbeat Broadway musical to sing with piano accompaniment. Those auditioning for leads are strongly encouraged to prepare a piece for their character from the show. Sides from the script are available online and will also be available at auditions. SHOW DATES Fridays 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 at 7:30 pm Saturdays 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 at 7:30 pm Sundays 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 at 2:30 pm REHEARSALS - First read‐through will be held on Monday, Aug. 3, 2026 Headshots for publicity and the show program will be taken at this time. Please dress accordingly. - Rehearsals begin Monday, August 3.
