Seeking Boy (8-12 Years Old) for Free Market-Themed Short Film
We are seeking a talented boy in the age range of 8-12 for a 1-day role in a short film produced by the Competitive Enterprise Institute. The narrative will see the boy and his in-film grandfather bonding over a free market story. With an aim to film at the end of June 2026 (June 29th or 30th), we are looking to cast this role very quickly. We are collecting video auditions, ideally sent by Friday, 6/5, though we may leave it open until the following week. Filming will take place in either Maryland or Virginia within a short distance from Washington, DC. The role is paid, but travel accommodations are not included so local talent is encouraged. The parent or guardian of the boy is encouraged to be on set for the filming day, though it's not required. If interested, please send a recent video audition piece or feel free to reach out and we can provide an audition script related to the film project.
