"The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood" Play Seeks Kids

Children ages 7 to 18 are invited to audition for "The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood" Play. Please see the details below. This year's children's show is The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood, which will run July 24, 25, and July 31, Aug. 1. Have roles of all sizes available! This very funny retelling sees the legend encounter a lovely damsel-in-distress (oddly obsessed with skin conditions); an ever-scheming sheriff who would rather bowl a strike than hit a bull's-eye; and a good-natured "Town's Guy" who manages to make his way into every scene, whether he belongs there or not. Combine them with an expandable band of spoon-wielding Merry Men whose collective IQs equal six, and you've got an irreverent jaunt through Sherwood Forest you won't forget!
