"The Secret Garden" Play Seeks Youth Actors

About the project: The Secret Garden centers around Mary Lennox, a neglected orphan, who is sent from an epidemic in India to her uncle's gloomy manor in England, Misselthwaite Manor. She soon discovers a hidden, locked garden belonging to her dead aunt and, with the help of the local animal whisperer Dickon, decides to revive it to give it to her still grieving uncle. While bringing the garden to life, she ends up not only transforming herself, but her sickly, crippled cousin Colin by teaching them all the healing power of nature, friendship, and positive thinking!
