The wannabe jock who treats masculinity like a performance he can’t afford to fail. Ryan’s loud, defensive, casually insensitive, and constantly trying to look tougher than he really is — the kind of guy who hides vulnerability behind sports jerseys, gym obsession, and acting as if nothing scares him. In reality, he’s deeply insecure, emotionally neglected, and terrified of being seen as weak. He pushes people away in public and panics when things get too real.
