Casting Young Musicians for Claflin Hill Youth Symphonies

Young musicians who love music, enjoy performing, and are looking for a meaningful and inspiring musical community are invited to audition for Claflin Hill Youth Symphonies. Additional info: For All Wind & String Players: Perform 3 Scales with the correct rhythm and articulation as marked 1 Major Scale of your choice 1 Major Scale of the adjudicator’s choice Chromatic Scale Perform the highlighted section from the CDMMEA Jr. District Audition 2026 Perform a 1-2 minute selection of your choice For Percussionists: You may choose to perform one or all excerpts on either snare, mallets, or timpani from the highlighted section of the CDMMEA Jr. District Audition 2026 Perform a 1-2 minute selection of your choice Students with at least one year of private study or school instrumental experience are encouraged to apply.
