About the project: This summer, celebrate the spirit of adventure with our lively stage adaptation of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer! Set against the backdrop of a sun-soaked small town, Tom and his friends chase mischief, freedom, and a little bit of trouble as they navigate childhood along the Mississippi River. Filled with humor, heart, and charm, this production captures the excitement of youthful rebellion, the bonds of friendship, and the thrill of discovering what it means to grow up. Additional info: Auditions will consist of cold readings from the selected sides of the script. Sides will be sent out Monday afternoon, the week of auditions. You will receive the sides via the email you signed up with. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned performer, directors want to see you! Rehearsals: Monday through Friday, beginning June 15th. 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Fourth of July will be designated as a holiday. Performances: First Weekend: Thursday, July 9th / Friday, July 10th / Saturday, July 11th @ 2pm & 7pm Second Weekend: Thursday, July 16th / Friday, July 17th / Saturday, July 18th @ 2pm & 7pm Conflicts with performances and tech week will not be permitted. Extensive and continued conflicts after casting during the rehearsal process may result in dismissal from the production. If interested, please apply.
