Children 3 & under are Free Pageant Rules: *Flippers or fake teeth allowed but not required *makeup allowed but not required * hair pieces are allowed *outfit can be natural to semi-glitzy. No bad sportsmanship from contestants or parents will be tolerated; you will be asked to leave, and no refunds. Have the right to close or combine groups.
