About the project: With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Additional info: All abilities and experience levels are welcome to audition. Callbacks: May 16th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Rehearsals begin May 26th, 2026, and will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, and on Saturdays throughout the summer. Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal. A detailed schedule will be made available at the first rehearsal. There will be a week-long break from June 29th to July 4th (One of the biggest challenges of a summer show is summer vacations. While directors may be willing to work with your conflicts, we do encourage you to plan any travel not already scheduled during this time, if cast in the show.) Tech Week will be July 18th - July 23rd. (this week may include Wednesday the 22nd) Performance Dates will be July 24th - 26th and July 31st - August 2nd.
