This is a fun-filled, ALL-CROWNED PAGEANT open to all ages. Cash awards, beautiful large crowns, custom sashes, gifts, and more will be awarded. There is a registration fee for everyone participating. Event Open to both girls and boys. The pageant will be held in Tarrytown, New York on NOVEMBER 21ST No experience or expensive outfit necessary to paticipate, and is a private event closed to the general public.
