Kid Audition For Singing in "Lion King Jr."

Additional info: Some students will be invited to Callback Auditions for a few character roles: - Saturday, April 25th - Afternoon No preparation is required to audition. Students will be called up to the stage in groups and asked individually to introduce themselves and sing Row Your Boat acapella. Then, we will teach everyone a few bars of vocals from one of the show songs, and each student will sing the song section with the music track. The directors may also incorporate a movement element into the audition, which students will have the chance to learn all together at auditions. Rehearsal Schedule: The first rehearsal will take place on Friday, May 1, from 4-6 pm. After that, rehearsals will be held every weekday, M-F, 5-7 pm. Detailed rehearsal schedules that list which characters are called on which days will be sent out each week. No excused absences in June. Performance Dates: June 17, 18, 19, 20!
