Rate: Paid, see the roles' description Additional info: Please have your video ready as a YouTube link BEFORE you sign up. “A Christmas Carol” will run on our Jewel Box Stage from November 27, 2026 through December 26, 2026. For this production we will not be able to offer any AEA contracts. FOR YOUR VIDEO: Please slate at the beginning of your video and tell us your name. When you slate please show your full length body shot, side & front. When singing, please move forward so directors can see you from the chest up. Please prepare no more than 30 seconds of a song in the style of the show. (For more information, please see the attachment). Call backs will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 and will be by invitation only and will be in person. Additional reading & singing and possible dancing will be done at the call backs. If you are interested, please apply. All video submissions will be due by 10pm, Friday, May 1, 2026. Videos submitted after 10pm will not be accepted.

Can be portrayed by a male or female; needs both standard British & Cockney accents; Ghost of Christmas Past is the first of the 3 Spirits to visit Scrooge; Turkey Child is the child who Scrooge pays a good sum of money, to purchase a turkey on Christmas day, who has a great likeness to Christmas Past. Rate: $90 per performance
Tim is the youngest child of Bob Cratchit, who is sickly & ill; he should be shorter than 4’2”; needs a standard British accent; also plays a younger Scrooge from his past; will be required to walk with a crutch; Rate: $50 per performance
Peter is the son of Bob Cratchit; Teen Scrooge is a younger, school age Ebenezer; standard British & Cockney accent needed. Rate: $60 per performance
Fan is Scrooge’s younger sister; Harriet is a daughter of Bob Cratchit; Carol Girl begs for money in Scrooge’s office; Want is an urchin; standard British & Cockney accent needed; The character of WANT will be assisted offstage by a rope on their ankle, which is safely monitored by production/stage management; Rate: $50 per performance
Frederick is a son of Bob Cratchit; Ignorance is an urchin; Carol Boy begs for money in Scrooge’s office; Thomas Pinch is from Scrooge’s past; standard British & Cockney accents needed; The character of IGNORANCE will be assisted offstage by a rope on their ankle, which is safely monitored by production/stage management; Rate: $40 per performance
