Additional info: Callbacks – Monday, April 27th @6:00pm CALLBACKS ARE BY INVITATION ONLY Please prepare a 32 bar cut of any golden-age musical. There will be an accompanist provided. Be ready for cold reads from the script, as well as a short dance selection that will be taught at auditions. Callbacks will consist of cold readings/singing cuts from the show. Tenor A delivery boy and Liesl’s love interest. Requires strong acting ability and a dramatic arc.
Serious and responsible The oldest boy in the Trapp family. He is learning to be a confident man.
Rebellious and spirited The third-oldest Trapp child. A trickster who loves playing pranks on the governesses.
The youngest Trapp boy. Kurt is sensitive and pretends not to be hurt by his father's absence. Kurt greatly appreciates Maria from the start.
Curious and outspoken One of the middle children of the von Trapps. Keenly observant for her age. She is thoughtful and says. "She cannot tell a lie."
Sweet and excitable The second youngest Trapp child. Very honest and forthright. Marta enjoys herself.
Youngest and adorable The youngest of the Trapp children. Gretl is soft-spoken and shy. But sweet.
