"Into the Woods" Seeking Kids and Teens

A casting opportunity is available for kids and teens in "Into the Woods". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The Brothers Grimm hit the stage with an epic fairytale about wishes, family, and the choices we make. The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results. Rate: The company is a Non-equity community theater of volunteer performers. Please note: All adult performers cast will be eligible for a travel reimbursement of $150 Additional info: Callbacks (By Invitation Only): May 23rd | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Prepare 1 Song (32 Bars) by Stephen Sondheim and a children’s story to tell that is no longer than 90 seconds. Get creative and have fun. There’s not really a wrong way to do this.
