Now casting young singers for "Junie B. Jones". View the details below. Additional info: VOCALS Be prepared to sing 16 to 32 bars (30 to 60 seconds) of a song in a similar genre. Bring sheet music for the piano accompanist or a device to play an instrumental track. A capella is not recommended. DANCE Wear athletic shoes or jazz shoes to learn a short dance sequence. No crocs or sandals allowed. If you can do any tumbling or gymnastics, please be prepared to showcase these skills. MONOLOGUE/SCRIPT READING You will be asked to read from the script. If there is a particular role you would like to read for, please indicate this on the audition form. Audition sides are posted below. If you are serious about getting a lead role, please prepare to present at least one of the audition sides listed below. If you are only interested in the ensemble, you do not have to deliver a side. Callbacks (if needed) will be on Sunday, August 2nd, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Students who are called back will be expected to learn a portion of a song from the show and perform it during this time slot. CONFLICTS Be prepared to list any conflicts from August 2 to October 18.
