Seeking girls ages 6-13 for "Annie" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts as she attempts to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City orphanage. Based on the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, Annie has become a worldwide phenomenon and was the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The beloved book and score by Tony Award winners Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse, and Martin Charnin features some of the greatest musical theater hits ever written, including “Tomorrow.” Rate: All roles are paid. Additional info: For auditions, please prepare 16 (ballad) – 32 (up-tempo) bars in the style of the show. Songs from the show are acceptable. An accompanist will be provided. Please provide clearly marked sheet music. No recorded tracks, please. Readings will be provided. Please come with a headshot and a resume stapled together. Callbacks will be scheduled if needed. Rehearsals begin on or around Monday, May 19, 2026, through Friday, July 16, 2026. The show runs from July 17 to August 30, 2026. When applying, please email pictures and resumes and indicate your preference for either an April 20th 6:00 – 10:00 pm or a Tuesday, April 21st 6:00 – 10:00 pm audition slot.
