No fake eyelashes for 0-36 months. 3-up can wear them if they look natural. Hair extensions or small hair pieces that blend well are allowed if they do not over power. All makeup is allowed but please keep it soft and natural looking. You can model any pattern you want. 0-5 years can do their cute little moves because they are little & have a mind of their own. 6-up should not be doing high glitz routines in beauty, just a smooth beauty walk.
