"Guys and Dolls" Musical Needs Boys and Girls

Talent ages 16 and up are welcome to audition for "Guys and Dolls" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Gambler, Nathan Detroit, tries to find the cash to set up the biggest craps game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck; meanwhile, his girlfriend and nightclub performer, Adelaide, laments that they've been engaged for fourteen years. Nathan turns to fellow gambler, Sky Masterson, for the dough, and Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown, as a result. Guys and Dolls takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City, but eventually everyone ends up right where they belong. Additional info: Auditions will consist of singing, approximately a 32-measure cut of music (about a verse and a chorus) in a similar style to the show. You'll need to provide a track for your song. NOTE: There will be an Invited Dance Call and Callbacks on the same night, Saturday, April 25th; the location and time will be disclosed after each individual audition for those invited to callbacks. Show dates are August 13th - 23rd, 2026. The first read-through will be on May 30th or June 6th, with a read-through and full rehearsals beginning on June 8th.
