Looking for Boys and Girls for "Something Rotten!"

Students ages 10 to 18 years old (2026 graduating seniors) are eligible to audition. Please see the details below. Additional info: Callbacks: Wednesday, May 13 @ 6:30 pm You only need to attend one (1) audition date, not both. Registration fee. Preparation: Vocal Evaluation: Please prepare a musical theatre song of your choice, around 1 min. long that showcases your vocal range and ability. You may sing a selection from Something Rotten! or any other musical. You can sing your selection a capella or with a recorded karaoke accompaniment on your phone or other device. Acting Evaluation: At the audition, you will be asked to go on stage with other students and read selections from the script to demonstrate your ability to project your voice and to portray a character. Dance Evaluation: At the beginning of the audition, our Choreographer will teach Students a short dance routine which will be performed in groups so directors can evaluate your dance experience. Rehearsals will be scheduled as follows, starting Mon. May 18: 6:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Some Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings as needed) Performance Dates: July 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, August 1 If interested, please apply.
