Munkustrap is responsible, brave, and levelheaded and often functions as the “narrator” of the group. He transitions easily from front and center to a group member when others are featured.

Demeter is a kind cat who calm and maybe a bit shy. She is most comfortable when she’s with her friends, Bombalurina and Jellylorum. While she doesn’t demand attention, she has no problem singing and telling stories to anyone who will listen. One of the “Gumbie Trio”

Bombalurina is incredibly social! She has a big, bright personality that shines. Definitely a life-of the party energy that pairs nicely with her friends. One of the “Gumbie Trio”

Jellylorum is a motherly cat who seems to take care of others, both young and old. She is close to Asparagus and makes sure he is comfortable and respected. She rounds out the group of the “Gumbie Trio.”

Jennyanydots (the Gumbie Cat) is a slightly lazy house cat who is kind, doting and motherly but still is able to command respect. While may seem lazy she is able to whip up the troops -Mice, Cockroaches and Beetles - and dance up a storm when required.

Rum Tum Tugger is a rebel! He’s boisterous, daring and loves the limelight! He is always showing off and isn’t afraid of trouble.

Grizabella was once a glamorous cat-on-the-town but has fallen far from her former glory into a lonely, isolated shadow of herself. She now walks a bit hunched in shame, is afraid to look anyone in the eye, and has lost most of her cat-like graceful movements. She sings one of the most iconic musical theatre songs ever written.

Mongojerrie is one half of a criminal duo, along with Rumpleteaser. He is mischievous with a bit of brazen attitude and lots of personality.

Rumpleteasr is the other half of a team of the resident criminal duo. She is young, mischievous with lots of energy and charm.

Old Deuteronomy is the beloved leader of the group, He is an ancient, wise cat who functions as a father figure for the other cats. He has a kind, calm manner and an older presence.

Asparagus (Gus) is a sweet, endearing, elderly cat who once lived the glorious life of a theatre performer. Gus moves a bit slower and he has palsy, which makes his paws shake. What Gus loves most is telling the stories about his good old theatre days.

Skimbleshanks is a cheerful, upbeat, and focused cat who takes the responsibility of working on the mail trains seriously. He likes everything to work exactly how it is supposed to and attends to his duties without being overbearing or rude.

Mister Mistoffelees, is the famous conjuring cat and is sweet and charming. He ultimately saves the day by magically making Old Deuteronomy reappear.

Jemima is the youngest cat of the bunch. She is friendly, playful and empathetic. She is the first to reach out to Grizabella and make her feel seen.

Macavity the mystery cat, is as close to a villain as it gets in the Jellicle world. He has a maniacal laugh that instills fear in the other cats.

Quaxo is a Jellicle cat that is strong, good and fun. Well liked by the other cats. Coricopat and Tantomile are twins. They move together and sing together and are a well-integrated duo in the Jellicle world.

Victoria is often known as the “white cat.” A younger cat who is kind, elegant and graceful. Carbucketty is a fun-loving, mischievous cat. Think teenage prankster. He is always where the excitement is.

Bill Bailey is a young cat with lots of spirit. Outgoing and fun.

Alonzo is an adult cat with grand maturity. Everyone loves his aura as he spreads kindness.

Admetus is easy-going, friendly and sometimes goofy, but everyone loves him.

Cassandra is elegant and graceful and is often times considered exotic or of an ancient breed.
