Looking for Young Girls in "Miss Red, White & Blue" Pageant

Young girls wanted to participate in the "Miss Red, White & Blue" pageant. Please review the information below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Miss Red, White & Blue is a charity pageant honoring military service members & their families. On pageant day, the staff will be composed of veteran families who have lost loved ones in war, served in wartime & peacetime, & are currently serving. The volunteers before you are family members of those who have served & are serving our country today. Help honor those who are willing to sacrifice so that the directors can live free. Additional info: **Photogenic: Photos must be submitted at registration. 5X7 or 8X10 is required. Photos may be in a cover and will remain in the cover. Head-and-shoulder shots are best, but anything may be entered. A sticky note with the contestant’s last name and age division will be affixed to the back of the photo. **Interview (7 and up ONLY): Each contestant will do a 3-minute interview with a panel of judges. Questions will be age-appropriate and/or from their emcee sheet. **Outfit Of Choice: Contestant’s choice of outfit; we highly suggest a pageant-themed OOC. However, anything they choose to wear must be age-appropriate. Beauty: Beauty is the only mandatory area of competition. Formal pageant dress should be worn, and the judges are looking for ease on stage, poise, and grace. 3 to 8 can wear long or short dresses. 9 and up should wear floor-length dresses that represent their personality.
