Looking for Teen Girl in "The Seatbelt" Play
Seeking a teen girl to join the cast of "The Seatbelt." Please review the information below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: This original 40 minute play, is set in the surf community of Ventura California, and follows a mother and her teenage daughter struggling with the aftermath of a family tragedy. The daughter is struggling with depression and thoughts of suicide. One of the main themes of the play is about the importance of asking for help around mental health struggles. The Seatbelt, is written by David Ker Schermerhorn. Rate: There is a paid honorarium, (it’s modest). Additional info: Auditions: will be on Zoom first, then call-backs in-person.
