"Elite Faces" Mini National Pageant is looking for girls to participate. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Event date: July 25. Natural dresses allowed (minimal stoning is okay) Light makeup, soft, natural hair (hairpieces are allowed but must look natural), and light tans are okay. No flippers or enhancements.
