Young Girls Wanted for "Miss Collegiate USA" Pageant

Now seeking young girls for the "Miss Collegiate USA" pageant. Full details below. Additional info: Young women from all 50 states, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, will have the opportunity to represent their STATE or region.
