Teen Talent Needed for "Curtains" Show

Performers 14-18 are welcome to audition for the "Curtains" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Auditioners should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled audition time. You should have completed the Google audition form that will be sent to you with your audition confirmation, which includes a headshot or recent photo and a complete list of any rehearsal/show conflicts from March 14th through July 20th that you will not be available to attend rehearsals. Examples of conflicts are dance classes, voice lessons, sports practices and games, work schedules, school trips, school concerts, church, school admission testing dates and open houses, family commitments, camps, and vacations to the extent these cannot be changed. You are expected to be available for rehearsals any dates not listed. Come prepared to sing a song in the style of the show, approximately 32 measures – showing your vocal range -with pre-recorded music on tape, CD, or digital recording (iPhone, laptop, etc) – Karaoke style -no words – cued to where you start to sing. We prefer no a capella. Auditioners should wear attire appropriate for movement and dance. Dance shoes, character shoes, and sneakers are acceptable. No open-toe shoes, flip flops, or bare feet are allowed. Callbacks are planned for Saturday, March 14th, and if needed, Sunday, March 15th. You will be notified if you are needed for a callback. Note: A yearly administrative fee is due at the time of the audition. Please see the attachment for details.
