Additional info: This spring, students will dive into RENT Kids Edition, a youth appropriate adaptation of the groundbreaking Broadway musical that explores friendship, creativity, resilience, and finding your voice. (Ages 13 +). Through this reimagined version, students will study character development, storytelling through music, and ensemble collaboration while engaging with themes of community, empathy, and self-expression in a way that is thoughtfully tailored for young performers. production process emphasizes: Age-appropriate storytelling and lyric adaptations Musical theater technique, acting through song, and movement Ensemble work, confidence building, and collaboration A safe, supportive environment guided by professional teaching artists.
