ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking high school-aged students for "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" play. See the details below. About the project: "You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown" brings the beloved Peanuts characters to life in a charming, fast-paced musical. The show follows Charlie Brown as he navigates the ups and downs of childhood — trying to be liked, impressing the Little Red-Haired Girl, succeeding in baseball, and simply figuring out where he fits in. Along the way, his friends offer their own perspectives: Lucy’s bold confidence, Linus’s thoughtful wisdom (and ever-present blanket), Schroeder’s dedication to music, Snoopy’s vivid imagination, and Sally’s earnest optimism. Through a series of humorous and heartfelt vignettes, the show celebrates friendship, imagination, and the universal trials of growing up. Additional info: Please prepare a musical theatre song (not from this show) that is about one minute long and shows your voice and personality. Directors will not have a pianist, so please plan to sing with a karaoke track from a phone or other device. Will have a speaker for you to connect your device to for the audition. There will not be a dance audition for this production. If callbacks are necessary, directors will have those on Sunday, February 8th in the afternoon.
