He has social skills that make him seem older, and has a softness that leads to vulnerability. Complete opposite of Michael. He would be in the popular social circles at school if he weren’t best friends with Michael.
Steadfast devotion to God and to Paul. More insecure every day, which results in a slightly anxious mindset. The kind of kid that adults appreciate more than his peers. He has an earnestness and honesty that is almost naive. His anxiety about losing Paul creates an intensity in their friendship.
