Boy Model Casting for Healthcare Shoot

Looking for a boy for the Healthcare Shoot. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate is $300 for up to 6 hours Additional info: Shoot is Friday, February 6th Location is to be determined. Can be anywhere within 40 miles of downtown Nashville (right now we are looking at Smyrna and Hendersonville, but the location not confirmed) Part of this shoot will be outside - please be prepared with layers and the ability to be in the cold for a bit. Directors will do our best to minimize your exposure, but please know this is part of the day (hopefully it will warm in 2 weeks!) By submitting to this casting call, you agree to work as a local and the rate. Shoot is February 6 in the greater Nashville/Franklin/Hendersonville/Smyrna area. When applying, please send an Email Subject: February 6 - Healthcare Shoot - Full Name (and Parents' Name for children under 18) - Contact information (cell & email) - Age - Height/Weight - T shirt/jacket, Pants, and shoe size - Attach 3-4 recent photos taken within the last 6 months, can be professional or snapshots - Do you use an agency? If so, who? Have you spoken with them and been given permission to negotiate your own rates? - Please confirm your availability February 6 and contractually allowed to book your own gigs AND confirm that you agree to the full day rate with no additional expenses covered, usage terms, and means of payment. - Please confirm you understand you will need to bring wardrobe options and provide photos of wardrobe in advance, and that I cannot give out photos after the shoot for portfolio use or tell you when or where they will appear Please note that those hired will fill out a W9, and a usage release form and be paid by the client via a mailed check within 30 days of the end of the shoot. Parents can be paid on behalf of their child.
