"Fiddler on the Roof" Play In Need Of Kids and Teens
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking kids and teens for "Fiddler on the Roof" play. See the details below. Rate: An actor reimbursement of $700 is available to all those cast in the show. Additional info: The show runs May 15th through June 20th. Those auditioning must meet the age requirement no later than February 6th. Music from the show will be provided for the video submissions. All submissions are due with the completed form no later than midnight on Friday, February 6th. All auditions up to age 16 will take place through video submission only. 16 and up: Please prepare a 30-second excerpt of a song in the style of the show. Consider composers such as Lerner & Loewe, Bock & Harnick, or Meredith Willson. Please avoid overly characterized or novelty pieces. Be prepared to provide any conflicts from March 7 through June 20, along with a digital copy of a headshot and resume. Callbacks are scheduled for Tuesday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 11. The first cast meeting will be on February 18, and rehearsals will start on March 7. All those auditioning must complete the online audition form before submitting a video or scheduling an audition time.
