Teens Needed for "Oklahoma" Show

Seeking talent ages 16 and up for the "Oklahoma" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Set against the backdrop of the Western frontier, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s groundbreaking musical tells the story of farm girl Laurey, her cowboy suitor Curly, and the darker rival vying for her hand. With unforgettable songs like “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’” and “People Will Say We’re in Love,” Oklahoma! is a sweeping celebration of community and love. (PG) Rate: $75 stipend for non-equity actors. Two complimentary tickets for the opening weekend (subject to availability). Actor’s Pass: Allows free admission to the opening weekends of future SSG shows for one year (non-transferable; subject to availability). Additional info: Vocal Audition: Prepare to sing 32 bars of a Broadway song. Accompaniment will be provided, so bring sheet music for the accompanist. A speaker can be provided if needed. Dance Audition: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for movement, as a short dance combination will be taught. Acting Audition: Be prepared for cold readings from the script. Materials: Bring a printed copy of your headshot and resume to the audition. Rehearsals may begin as early as February 9th, 2026 in Irving and will later move to our new theatre at 3623 Decatur Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76106.
