Singers wanted for “Fiddler on the Roof” play. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: This is a non-union, civic production. A stipend will be provided for select roles. At this time, only local performers will be considered. Additional info: Seeking adult and teen performers (ages 15+) as well as youth performers (ages 8–14) for select roles. All initial auditions are virtual. Performances run February 20 – March 8, 2026 Vocal Audition: Prepare 32 bars (no more than 1 minute) of a Broadway or Broadway-style musical theater song that best showcases your voice and storytelling ability. Singing from either show is welcome but not required. Please do not sing a cappella. Use a piano or karaoke accompaniment. Choose material appropriate to the style of Fiddler on the Roof. Movement / Dance: A dance or movement reel is optional and only recommended if available. Callback Information Callbacks will be by invitation only and held in person on Monday evening, January 19th. Time TBC. First Rehearsal: Evening of Wednesday, January 21, 2026 - time TBC. Tech Week: February 15-19, 2026 Performance Dates: Fridays: February 20, 27, and March 6 at 7:30 PM Saturdays: February 21, 28, and March 7 at 7:30 PM Sundays: February 22, March 1, and March 8 at 2:00 PM All performers must be fully available for tech week and all scheduled performances. Rehearsals Rehearsals are typically held on weekday evenings and select weekends. Performers are only called when needed. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be distributed following casting.
