"Mowgli’s Jungle Adventure" Show Needs Boys and Girls

Seeking dancers ages four and up for "Mowgli’s Jungle Adventure" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: A young man raised by wolves and tempered by the dangers of the jungle, Mowgli struggles to find his way to a village populated by his own kind. Drawn from the stories of Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book, Mowgli sets virtuosic choreography by artistic director Mark Roxey against vivid sets that capture the wildness of the protagonist. An evocative score by Czech composer Milan Svoboda mingles traditional orchestration with anthemic set pieces that draw on European pop music and Svoboda’s other callings as a jazz pianist, bandleader, and part-time wolf. Additional info: Rehearsals will take place on Saturdays starting around 1:00 pm and go until early evening. Your child/ dancers will not be required to stay the whole time. Rehearsals will be in hour blocks and go scene by scene. Performances on the weekend of May 24th, 2026 Note that a fee will be applied. If interested, please apply.
