Looking for talent ages 9-18 years old for the "Footloose" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Footloose: The Musical is a lively stage adaptation of the classic 80s film, telling the story of city teen Ren McCormack who moves to a small town where dancing is banned by a strict preacher, leading to teenage rebellion, romance, and the power of music to bring a community together, featuring iconic hits like "Footloose," "Holding Out for a Hero," and "Let's Hear It for the Boy". Additional info: Please be prepared to sing and dance. Callbacks for leading roles will be on March 1 at 11:00 Performances will be June 18th - 21st. Rehearsals will begin the week of May 3rd. Rehearsals are typically Sunday afternoons and Monday through Thursday evenings, with a couple of Fridays and Saturdays thrown in. Not everyone will need to be at all rehearsals.
