Looking for Kids and Teens in "The Sound of Music" Show

Seeking kids and teens for “The Sound of Music” show. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Doors open at 3:30 pm. Call backs are January 7 @ 6 pm. 1. All children must be accompanied by an adult Note that the auditions will be closed; only those auditioning will be in the main auditorium. Others will wait in the south lobby. 2. The "reading" portion of the audition will be improvisational in nature. There is nothing to prepare for this. 3. The singing portion will invlove children singing a selection from "My Favorite Things"; first with 5 other children then alone. This song can be found on YouTube, Spotify , etc. for reference. The music will be distributed on the night of auditions. 4. Casting will be based on singing, vocal and facial expressiveness, and physical appearance. The Von Trapp children need to look look like they could be related, and physically must be in "stair step" height, with the oldest being the tallest and porgressively getting shorter as we get to the younger ages. 5.
