Dresses may be glitz or semi glitz, no attire scores. 0-4 no heavy makeup, powder, clear mascara and lipgloss is fine. 5+ makeup should be age appropriate hair may be styled, hair should be soft not big or stiff looking. No flippers, light tans and manicured nails are allowed due to the fact some girls will already have nails and tans from regular competition. Please note that the fee applies.
