About the project: This funny, heartwarming, and poignant musical will premier at The Stage Oconee in March. It details the life of one Edward Bloom, a tale-teller, father, and husband who wanted his life to mean something. He meets lots of interesting characters as he navigates his years and learns at the end that his life truly did have a purpose after all. His son, Will, doubted the tales his father told him, but at the end, as Will meets all of the fantastical members of his father’s past, he realizes how much his father meant to him and to others all along.
