Seeking girls ages 16 and up for "Little Women" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Based on Louisa May Alcott’s American classic, Little Women: The Musical is brought to life through soaring music and heartfelt storytelling. Set during the Civil War, the show follows the March sisters—Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy—as they navigate love, loss, ambition, and family while growing up in a changing world. Centered on Jo’s journey to find her voice as a writer, the musical celebrates individuality, resilience, and the enduring bond of sisterhood. Additional info: Please prepare 32 bars of audition music either from or in the style of the show. Songs from the show are encouraged at auditions. Please bring your own sheet music. You may be asked to cold-read sides for characters during your audition; if you aren’t asked to read, it does NOT mean that you’re not being considered. Sides will be provided. You may bring a current resume and headshot if available. Be prepared to list all conflicts you experienced between January 27th and April 5th. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled audition time. CALLBACKS: Tuesday, January 20 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm PERFORMANCE DATES March 20th to April 5th Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm Sundays at 2:30 pm The first rehearsal/meet and greet will be on Tuesday, January 27th at 6:30 pm. Rehearsals will run on a schedule of Sunday - Wednesday from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Directors will be as respectful as possible with everyone’s time while also meeting the production's needs. Tech Week will be March 14th-19th. Performances are March 20th - April 5th. You must be able to attend all of tech week and performances to be cast. If interested, please apply.
