About the project: Tick, Tick…Boom! is the autobiographical rock musical written by Jonathan Larson, the composer who brought the world the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning rock musical Rent. This unflinching self-reflection and musical memoir shows the raw truths of living in New York in your 20s, navigating the tragedies of the AIDS epidemic, balancing relationships with artistry, and the crippling pressure to create. Additional info: Please prepare: -For Jon: A song in the style of the show, self-accompanied on piano (piano will be provided). -For all other roles: A ~1-minute cut of a song in the style of the show with backing track.
