All ages welcome! Competition includes beauty, shamrock wear & (optional) photogenic. Special divisions to include “Ginger & Freckles” and also “Luck O’ The Irish,” which will be the top contributor of items for foster children in the State of SC- sponsored by Fostering the Future.
